Be: (positive confession) I Am Fasting for Better Feasting.
Do: (first steps) Today, fast before you feast. Prepare your body for the big meal you intend to eat tomorrow. Try a green drink fast! Drink two servings of your favorite green drink (I recommend Living Fuel) and eat one sensible, high fiber, low carbohydrate meal. Or if you like just make it 3 servings of the green drink. For best results do the same the day after as well.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I allow my digestive system the opportunity to rest I will have more energy on Thanksgiving Day to enjoy time with friends and family and avoid the post holiday blues that often result from high carb overload.

Do: (first steps) Today, get in the arena and don’t be deterred by the critics who stand on the sideline nitpicking every wrong move. Stay devoted to the worthy cause you have set out on by following these steps: 1) Prominently display for your own view your precise mission. 2) Write down the positive effects you anticipate to result from completing the mission. 3) Strategically plan your activities, but don’t get so bogged down in the details that you never actually work on them, and…… 4) Give yourself permission to make mistakes along the way with the caveat that you will use the feedback from those missteps to excel the next time around.

Do: (first steps) Today, systematically reduce the amount you owe your creditors. Start by monitoring exactly where you are spending your money. Next identify and remove (where possible) the items/categories that don’t meet a legitimate need in your life. Begin by adding a fixed additional amount toward paying down the debt with the lowest amount owed, once that has been paid in full take the monthly amount you invested toward that bill each month and apply that to the next lowest amount on your list, then continue until you have paid off all your consumer debt. As a general rule apply this process to liabilities (things that do not increase in value) first and confer with an accountant or other tax expert before implementing it with assets (things that grow in value). Lastly, develop a plan for future spending (also known as a budget) that includes paying God (10%) and you (10%) first and allows you to live off of the remaining 80%.

Do: (first steps) Today, develop your sense of humor. Learn a new joke (there are hundred of “joke of the day websites”) and more importantly laugh at yourself and the “quirkiness” of life.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I divert my attention from the stress and mayhem life has to offer and find humor in the details I will actually see improvement in my health and emotional outlook. In fact a recent study shows that just 10 minutes of laughter a day resulted in an average of 2 hours of pain free sleep and improved immune response for chronic pain patients.

Then tell it to someone whose opinion you value and ask them to explain it back to you to see if they were clearly able to understand it. If not, make changes to it that make it more understandable to someone on the outside.
