Be: (positive confession) I Am Temperate.
Do: (first steps) Today, enjoy those things that are pleasurable without being ruled by them. Many great men have been ruined because they have trouble saying “No” to things that are pleasing to the senses.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I exercise the discipline to enjoy the good things in life without going overboard I afford myself to the opportunity to be rewarded with them again in the future without suffering the consequences of excess.

Be: (positive confession) I Am Fit.
Do: (first steps) Today, make your heart a priority. Big biceps and a washboard stomach look great on the beach, but neither is a substitute for a healthy heart. . Remember, when doing exercises like walking, running, or elliptical trainers to regularly assess the affect on your most vital organ by taking your pulse rate. (You can find a chart with target heart rates at www.americanheart.org)

Be: (positive confession) I Am Insightful.
Do: (first steps) Today, take a good look at yourself. Inspect the areas where your performance has been less than spectacular and your decision making questionable and go to work on those areas that have been, to this point, your greatest weaknesses.

Inspiration: “Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.” H Jackson Brown, Jr.
Be: (positive confession) I Am an Early Riser.
Do: (first steps) Today, take it easy on the snooze alarm. Get up and start your day twenty five minutes earlier than usual. In that time do something productive such as exercise, pray, or plan. (If you multitask well you can do all three)
Have: (making dreams reality) As I wake up just a few minutes earlier each morning I gain an advantage. I may not have the same amount of money as the next guy. I may have less education, less supportive friends, or even greater obstacles to overcome; but one thing is certain every man, no matter there color, upbringing, or race all have 24 hours in a day. What I choose to do with mine is what determines my future.

The Thought For The Day: Marvelous
Tuesday, March 24, 2009
Inspiration: “A baby is God’s opinion that life should go on. Never will a time come when the most marvelous recent invention is as marvelous as a newborn baby. Inspiration: “A baby is God’s opinion that life should go on. Never will a time come when the most marvelous recent invention is as marvelous as a newborn baby. The finest of our precision watches, the most super-colossal of our supercargo planes don’t compare with a newborn baby in the number and ingenuity of coils and springs, in the flow and change of chemical solutions, in timing devises and interrelated parts that are irreplaceable.” Carl Sandburg, Historian and Novelist
Be: (positive confession) I Am Marvelous.
Do: (first steps) Today, when run away emotions lead you to believe, falsely, that you lack value remind yourself that you were ingeniously created with such detail that no man made invention can ever top you. Remind yourself that you were put here for a specific reason and purpose that no one else can fulfill.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I embrace my special place and role as a citizen of this world we live in I have security in knowing that I am designed to make a difference.

Inspiration: “A man paints with his brain and not with his hands.” Michelangelo
Be: (positive confession) I Am Cerebral.
Do: (first steps) Today, the extent to which you develop your brain sets the limit for what you can accomplish. Develop your brain’s capacity by spending time in thought experiments, learning new skills (i.e. a new language or instrument), and training your memory (calling to memory phone numbers, passages of scripture, people’s names, etc.).
Have: (making dreams reality) As I expand the recesses of my brain I fulfill the words of Robert Green Ingersoll who said “men are not superior by reason of the accidents of race or color. They are superior who have the best heart and the best brain.”

Be: (positive confession) I Am in Training.
Do: (first steps) Today, don’t look upon anything you do to better yourself as being for naught. See and treat your quest as a period of training. Training is not the game but make it a game anyway. Constantly challenge your skill level, knowledge base, and desire.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I train, even if the results don’t line up with my intentions I have not wasted anything; on the contrary, I have gained a new understanding or challenged some aspect of my strength such that I am improved as a result.

The Thought For The Day: Alert
Thursday, March 19, 2009
Inspiration: “He who asks fortune-tellers the future unwittingly forfeits an inner intimation of coming events that is a thousand times more exact than anything they may say. Inspiration: “He who asks fortune-tellers the future unwittingly forfeits an inner intimation of coming events that is a thousand times more exact than anything they may say. He is impelled by inertia, rather than curiosity, and nothing is more unlike the submissive apathy with which he hears his fate revealed than the alert dexterity with which the man of courage lays hands on the future.” Walter Benjamin. German Theologian
Be: (positive confession) I Am Alert.
Do: (first steps) Today, be on the ready to seize your destiny. While others wait for circumstances or the stars to align before taking a step toward their dream use the courage with which you were endowed to lay hold to what you really want. Go ahead, grab the impossible knowing it is only impossible in thought; therefore take the thought out of the equation and tie a knot around the improbable by seeing, believing, and doing.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I focus my energies on what my capabilities can bring me and prepare myself for every opportunity I have the formula for success at my disposal.

Inspiration: “I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.” Anthony Robbins, Motivational Speaker and Author
Be: (positive confession) I Am a Masterpiece.
Do: (first steps) Today, know that you are the masterpiece of all God’s creation. He created you with intent and a well thought out vision. There is no one else just like you, no one who looks like you, walks like you, or thinks and talks as you do; and only you can fashion your life to follow the path of what you were already created to be. Don’t short change your self by thinking you are not special or that you must copy someone else to be something. Look at yourself in the mirror and celebrate those things, both internal and external, that make you a distinct work of art.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I use the paint of my dreams on the worlds’ canvas, every stroke with my brush of belief helps convert those dreams into a stunning portrait known as my reality.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
