Inspiration: “Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.” Og Mandino
Be: (positive confession) I Am a Self-Starter.
Do: (first steps) Today, accept the responsibility to be your own best motivator. Coaches, personal trainers and teachers are great, but what do you do when there is no one around to give you a kick in the pants? Will you wallow in self pity and excuses? or will you rise up, dust yourself off, and tackle the obstacles in your path. The first part of the word “motivation” is motive and is what you need to have going for you if you are to get your engine going. Find something, anything compelling that you are truly passionate about and paint the picture in your brain that without you involved it will never get done, it can’t succeed; in other words it is completely dependent on you to come to fruition. Get your self talk right, you can’t build yourself up if the words you keep repeating are tearing you down. And never forget, while you are going full force ahead as if it all depends on you, start praying and keep praying as if it all depends on God.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I learn to encourage myself, instead of fading when faced with adversity I will recover all that is rightfully mine.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!

Inspiration: “Our lives improve only when we take chances and the first and most difficult risk we take is to be honest with ourselves.” Walter Anderson, Editor of Parade Magazine and 1994 Horatio Alger Award Winner.
Be: (positive confession) I Am Honest With Myself.
Do: (first steps) Today, willingly look at yourself in the mirror and see your flaws as well as your strengths. Failing to come to grips with either can be extremely damaging. In seeing weaknesses without acknowledging your strong points you run the risk of becoming too passive and missing your moments. Conversely honing in solely on what your good at can cause you to go off “half cocked” and lead you down a path away from reliance on God as the source of help for your life.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I learn to address my shortcomings and responsibly handle the areas in which I have been gifted through honest self appraisal I will foster improvement in my attitude as well as my altitude.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
Often times the most frightful thing is looking at the person we see in the mirror , square in the face, and honestly recognizing where he/she has missed the mark. Don’t be afraid, though, to confront your weaknesses and move on; otherwise the longer you allow them to take up residence in your mind and heart the greater the power they have over you. The fear of failure, fear of appearing weak, and fear of stepping out are actually far more gripping and damaging than failing, being weak, or stepping out not fully prepared. Don’t let any form of fear or anxiety stop you from being all you can be, Shake off that Snake and move on!

Inspiration: “Associate with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for it is better to be alone than in bad company.” George Washington
Be: (positive confession) I Am High Quality.
Do: (first steps) Today, overcome the temptation to fit in with just any crowd. The desire to be accepted has led many to do things they later regret. Choose your associations wisely and surround yourself with people of high moral character. Look for and establish friendships with those who are punctual, prepared, persistent, and perpetually performing at a high level without compromising integrity in the process.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I become affiliated with men/women who hold themselves to a standard of excellence and see myself as someone who is like minded both my reputation and pocketbook will flourish.
Be, Do, and Have the besy day of your life! God Bless You!

Inspiration: “We do not remember days we remember moments. The richness of life lies in memories we have forgotten.” Cesar Pavese, Italian Poet
Be: (positive confession) I Am a Memory Maker.
Do: (first steps) Today, do not underestimate the power of a memory entrenched in the mind of a spouse, child, colleague, or client. Make the most of relationship defining moments by going above and beyond the call of duty. These moments do not always require money, but they do demand creativity. Think and put into motion creative ways of teaching, expressing gratitude, and making sure each of these groups of people know that you value them.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I take advantage of life defining moments through creative interaction I will stand out in the hearts and minds of those who have the privilege of knowing me and cause a life long impression in their soul.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
Even days that call to remembrance times we’d like to forget can be the source life shaping moments that, depending on how we view them, can tear us down or cause us to rise to greater heights. Though terrorists meant to stir up fear, create a sense of helplessness and tear down the American resolve and break our spirit with the events that occurred on Sept 11, 2001 the way we rallied then and how we continue to respond in the days ahead will truly define the type of people we are. On this day we remember the memory of those who have fallen both on 9/11/01 and those who have taken up the mantle to protect this country on the battlefield in the days since. May God bless them, comfort and provide for their families, and restore everything that was stolen by the enemy on that day. God bless America!

Inspiration: “And if you have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?” spoken by Jesus (found in Luke 16:12)
Be: (positive confession) I Am Faithful in another man’s ________. (fill in the blank)
Do: (first steps) Today, buck the “me first” trend. If you find yourself in a subservient role, make the most of it. Be the best employee in your department. Make your supervisor look good, even if you don’t think he/she deserves it. Honor and respect those who have been placed in leadership roles above you based on their position, NOT on your opinion of them. If left in charge of a home, car, or other item that is not yours treat it as if it were and if possible return it in better condition than you received it.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I faithfully and excellently perform my duties in support of the vision of another I will one day reap the rewards of employees/volunteers who will do likewise for me and help bring about the fulfillment of my dream.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!

Be: (positive confession) I Am Ambitious.
Do: (first steps) Today, clarify for yourself where it is you really want to go and what it is you really want to do. From there develop the path, that is your plan for getting there. Then, with your road map in hand, do the work and, more importantly, know the purpose behind each step.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I keep reaching for new heights, with one foot yet planted in the habitude of determined preparation I will grasp the prize of my pursuits.

Do: (first steps) Today, take these steps to help safeguard your closest relationships.
1) Invest as much to keep the relationship strong as you did in the pursuit. (calls, cards, etc.) 2) Praise at least three times as much as you criticize. 3) Look to serve instead of demanding to be served.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I focus my attention on being the right person and proactively doing the things that build trust and intimacy I will develop bonds that will not just retard the flames of tribulation , but repel them.

Be: (positive confession) I Am a Master Communicator.
Do: (first steps) Today, employ “full-cycle” communication. This refers to the three stages of communication: transmission-response-connection. If anyone of these is missing then no real communication has occurred. According to Lyn Wilford Scarborough, author of Talk Like Jesus, Jesus was a successful communicator because he used examples that everyone could relate to and he evoked a response out of his audience. You too can achieve excellence in communication by first overcoming your fear of transmitting (speaking), and by connecting with your audience through language that is relevant (to them) and easy to follow.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I improve my ability to connect with people I will improve the ratio of responsiveness that returns.

Be: (positive confession) I Am Surrounded by Angels.
Do: (first steps) Today, make your relationship with your creator top priority. If you won’t leave him on the backburner until a specific day to worship he promises to keep you at the forefront of his thoughts. Take the time to pray and seek wisdom from on high, daily, for even the seemingly most minute details of your life. And above all apply the principles in his word to your life.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I make a conscious decision to honor God I have the promise of his protection.

Inspiration: “If you make it plain you like people, it’s hard for them to resist liking you back.” Lois McMaster Bujold, Award Winning Science Fiction Author
Be: (positive confession) I Am Making It Plain.
Do: (first steps) Today, be certain to communicate clearly. As much as we would like to believe the people in our lives have ESP the reality is that unless we make the true intent of our conversation plain there is a good chance we will be misunderstood. To insure you are on the same page do the following: 1. Determine what you want to say before you say it. 2. Make sure you have the person’s complete attention. 3. Consider the other person’s state of mind, timing is very important. 4. Practice instant replay (if the person you are talking to has a blank look on their face and can only say “Uh huh” then they probably didn’t completely grasp what you were speaking about). 5. As a listener, clarify any points you are unclear about before moving on to the next.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I become a more effective communicator I will eliminate misunderstandings and the need for damage control in my business and personal life.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
