Inspiration: “Men are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves.  They therefore remain bound.”  James Allen from the book As A Man Thinketh

Be: (positive confession) I Am an Accurate Thinker.

Do: (first steps) Today, learn to look at things in the natural world as they are not as they should be.  This may sound like a faithless statement but really it is merely an assessment of the facts at hand; real faith never denies circumstances only the right for them to dictate or dominate your life.  Accurate thinking recognizes that in business and in life the concept of “fairness” doesn’t exist, there will be times when bad things happen to good people.  An accurate thinker will anticipate the ideal, but plan for the ordeal.  Let me give you an example from my field of how this can either work for you or against you.  The philosophy of Chiropractic is very big on something called preventative or wellness care.  It is a concept I whole heartedly embrace and, in a perfect world everyone would do the things necessary to prevent disease by eating right, exercising, and keeping their frame in health with regular chiropractic adjustments.  The reality is that most people don’t and end up having some sort of crisis.  Over the years I have seen colleagues go out of business because they dogmatically marketed their practice under this wellness concept, because this is how it “was supposed to be”.   Because they were unwilling to change their perspective on the industry and reposition themselves their circumstances didn’t change.  Had they learned to stop seeing the world through rose colored glasses and quit complaining about the injustices of the system they would still be in business, and probably have a fair share of wellness patients along with the good feelings that come with helping people out of a crisis situation.

Have: (making dreams reality) As I view the world and its system accurately and think more precisely about how to impact the people around me I’ll make more efficient use of my time, energy, and money.

Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life!  God Bless You!
