The Thought For The Day: Best

Inspiration: “Good is often the enemy of the Best.” Edwin Louis Cole
Be: (positive confession) I Am the Best.
Do: (first steps) Today, don’t settle for just being good at something. If you do something well, find new ways to improve upon it. Imagine for a minute where we would be if we stopped at a good car (that only got up to 20 MPH) or a good computer (that could only store 30,000 characters.) Those products were serviceable but by improving on them we have greatly enhanced our quality of life. Learn to do what great athletic teams do. They watch the video tape of their past performances analyzing, to the smallest detail, how the results of each play could have been maximized. I am not suggesting you have a videographer follow you around all day, but you can replay each day by keeping a daily log and journaling your activities. In this way you can determine which habits are actually productive as well as those that are merely passing time.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I pursue being the best, even if I miss the mark I’ve still gotten better!
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
