The Thought For The Day: Decision Maker
Tuesday, October 27, 2009
Inspiration: “Making the right decisions is often a lot less important than determining to make your decisions right. Only by making a decision and acting on it can you get into action and move forward. By waiting to make only the perfect decisions, you remain inert and cannot move forward at all.” Dan Kennedy, author and speaker
Be: (positive confession) I Am a Decision Maker.
Do: (first steps) Today, stop waiting for all the stars to align before making quality decisions knowing that when you fail to make a definitive choice your decisions are made for you by default. Reject the idea of having limited choices. Realize that you have the choice whether to react and respond like most people or start asserting yourself proactively and in a creative fashion.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I transform from an inactive/reactive person who has decisions made for them into a proactive decision-maker I’ll have something that unsuccessful people can never fathom, a host of options unaffected by the evolution of circumstances.
Be, Do, and Have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
Most people fear making the wrong decision and allow that fear to keep them from choosing what is right. This kind of fear, unlike the normal emotion of fear, is completely opposed to the will of God in your life. If you want to break out of the fear driven mentality and reach toward the life you have always wanted check out my book, Shake Off The Snake.
