Inspiration: “You cannot fly like an eagle with the wings of a wren.” Henry Hudson
Be: (Positive Confession) I am an Eagle.
DO: (First Steps) Today, begin the molting process and experience a new you in 6 weeks. About every 3 years eagles undergo a self inflicted, often painful process known as molting. Over the course of 40 days they completely de-feather their wings, plucking out 700 plums per appendage (something akin to yanking out your finger and toenails). Then they file down their talons, and decimate their beaks. Once these stages are complete and their new feathers are in they re-apply a special oil to their plummage and mount up again for high altitude flying. For you, molting may mean shedding some unwanted pounds, plucking out poor habits, or maybe even leaving behind some people who are not willing to ascend alongside you. Once you’ve done the toughest part remember to prepare for take off by lubricating your wings with the oil of encouraging self talk and positive reinforcement of winning disciplines. Have: (Turning Dreams Into Reality) As I cast off the residue of physical and emotional debris and access a renewed sense of purpose I’ll soar to new heights.
Be, do, and have the best day of your life! God Bless You!
