Be: (positive confession) I Am Impervious to Fear.
Do: (first steps) Today, create and follow daily disciplines that strengthen your resolve to the point that fear is no longer an issue. Habitually train your body through exercise and diet to the point that you stop worrying about the debilitating effects of disease. Harness the creative ability of your mind through regular study and inquiry so as to develop extreme confidence in your mental capacity. Make communication with God on a day to day basis your top priority for in Him are found the secrets to a fulfilling life.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I discipline my body, mind, and spirit I have the capability to defeat the destructive force known as fear.
