Inspiration: “In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.” Lee Iacocca

Be: (Positive Confession) I am Stress-less.

Do: (First Steps) Today, get nautical when it comes to dealing with stress.  No, I don’t mean jumping into the ocean (brrr) or a hot tub for the entire day (although that may not be a bad idea), but rather taking a page from the engineers of Cruise Liners by learning how to compartmentalize.  Ships are built with air tight sections so that if one compartment springs a leak the doors to that area can be completely locked so that it will not cause the rest of the boat to become flooded and sink (for an example of improperly using this technology watch Titanic).  In much the same way, to make sure that the adversity in your life doesn’t flow over so much from one day to the next, start each new day by making a commitment to do what you CAN do for that particular 24 hour period to progress toward your goals and dreams.  In this way the task at hand won’t seem so large and your mind will be able to focus more on an obtainable objective.

Have: (Turning Dreams into Realities) As I learn to view each day as an opportunity to advance a step closer to my dream, regardless of what happened the day before or what looms on the horizon of days to come, I’ll have less stress and more energy to produce success.

Be, do, and have the best day of your life!  God Bless You!
