Be: (positive confession) I Am a Tone-setter.
Do: (first steps) Today, make your agenda 100% clear. Crystallize your objectives and strategies for yourself and your team (work force, family, etc.). More importantly demonstrate through your actions and attitudes what you expect from others.
Have: (making dreams reality) As I lead by example I set the tone for others in my circle to step up to a higher level of performance.
